Workshops to be paid in full by delegates 28 days before course. In the event of cancellation by the delegate charges will apply as follows:

Stress Management Zone regrets that no refunds can be made on cancellations or transfers for workshop bookings received less than 7 days before the Workshop starting date.
If a cancellation is made, by a Delegate, between 7-28 days, before Workshop Date, then 50% are fees are payable.
If a cancellation is made, by a Delegate, greater than 28 days before Workshop Date then a refund will be made by Stress Management Zone, excluding a charge for administration.
Transfers from one workshop to another will normally be treated as a cancellation, unless made 28 days prior to attendance at original workshop.
Upon request, by delegate, for transfer from one Workshop to another 7-28 days from the original Workshop date, transfers will only take place at the discretion of Stress Management Zone Limited if places are available on subsequent courses.

Where Workshop attendance is cancelled by Delegates, during the greater than 28 days period, Stress Management Zone will refunds any monies due normally within 20 working Days.

In the event of cancellation by Stress Management Zone delegates will be offered two alternate course dates, or a full refund minus admin charge (20 BPS).
